Our Floor Plan ensures your quality of life. Life is in the details. Our unique floor plan was designed specifically for Coliving style community. Our unique house was originally built with your needs in mind. We did not modify an existing apartment building or a commercial structure. We designed and built it as a Community House sharing and it shows. Our unique floor plans cater to the fine balance between your need for personal space and social lifestyle. Our housemates are housemates, not "tenants", not "members", not "residents". Housemates are exactly what it sounds like, house + mates. It is a large house, and every housemate gets a private bedroom and gets to choose between a private bathroom and a share bathroom. • The large living room has three separate "hang out" areas (2 x large couches + an over-sized Chess table). • It is ideal for study groups, socializing, surfing the web, working, reading a book, watching TV or ... having a chess tournament. • The large dining room table allows for large dinner festivities. • The oversized restauran- style kitchen allows multiple chefs cooking (and tasting) all at the same time. • The shared bathrooms are limited to three people each, accommodating two people simultaneously with two sinks - "outer" & "inside" sinks. • Every furnished bedroom has at least one large window for ample day light and fresh air. • Wide hallways allow for easy move-in, easy move-out and daily access. |
